PARK AVENUE RESIDENCE

The design of the residence incorporated traditional materials and elements with a contemporary feel. The balconies have worn-out tiles on the sloppy roof adding a distinctive country-side feel to the home. An open floor plan with outdoor courtyard seating gives the house a spacial continuity.

The staircase is a feature element in itself with the range of tiles along raiser of the steps. The teakwood doors and accent brick walls provide a rustic feel. Anodised copper basin and light fixtures add to the aesthetic.
